CAMSHAFT OIL CONTROL VALVE > INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL CAMSHAFT TIMING OIL CONTROL VALVE ASSEMBLY


  1. Install the camshaft timing oil control valve assembly (for Intake Side).



      A198003

    1. Apply a light coat of engine oil to the O-ring and install the camshaft timing oil control valve assembly with the bolt.

      Torque:
      10 N*m{ 102 kgf*cm , 7 ft.*lbf }

    2. Connect the camshaft timing oil control valve assembly connector.

  1. Install the camshaft timing oil control valve assembly (for Exhaust Side).

    1. Apply a light coat of engine oil to the O-ring and install the camshaft timing oil control valve assembly with the bolt.

      Torque:
      10 N*m{ 102 kgf*cm , 7 ft.*lbf }

    2. Connect the camshaft timing oil control valve assembly connector.



2. INSPECT FOR ENGINE OIL LEAK
